Stop Guessing Your Socials
If your social media plan lives in your head (or changes every Sunday night), you’re not alone. The pressure to “just post something” can leave business owners burnt out or totally inconsistent.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how we plan content for our clients and how you can apply the same process to your own brand.
Step 1: Define your content pillars
We usually choose 4–5 rotating themes based on your services, audience, and goals. Think: client wins, tips, behind the-scenes, service promos, values.
Step 2: Set a sustainable rhythm
There’s no magic number. We help you find what’s realistic (e.g. 2 posts per week) and stick to that rhythm. Consistency matters more than frequency.
Step 3: Plan forward, not backward
Instead of scrambling to post each day, we map out the next fortnight or month. That way, the pressure’s off and your content stays intentional.
Step 4: Layer in stories and real-time moments
You don’t need to post everything in advance. We leave space for you to add photos, updates, or moments when they come up.
Step 5: Review what’s working
We check insights and see what posts are landing. That way, we’re always learning and refining, not guessing.
If you’re tired of winging it, let’s build a plan that fits your brand and your week.
